Refuse to Accept Anything Less than Success

Hello Weight Watchers! Are you feeling more prepared to handle the challenges and seek opportunities in the upcoming summer season? Summer means a change of routine for many members, and that can be scary. Have you prepared for these seasonal challenges by choosing a Winning Outcome and using Storyboarding to plan your path to success?

HVA VIRUS WARNING

I wanted to send an early email to catch you before you headed off for your Memorial Weekend fun. I have a public service announcement about the HVA virus. Have you heard of it? "Holiday/Vacation Amnesia" or HVA is going around and has disabled many Weight Watchers over the summer.

Symptoms include:

· Shortness of Tracking

· Blurred vision of your goals

  • Muscle or joint pain from lack of exercise
  • Memory loss and confusion ("What cake? Did I eat cake?")

· Weight gain

Don't be a victim of this nasty bug! Keep tracking, eating wisely, moving more, and thinking first. Most importantly, plan to attend your meeting. It's been proven that Weight Watchers who gather together are inoculated against HVA and form immunity to it. So play it safe, and I’ll see you soon!

In next week’s meeting, you will learn to Refuse to Accept Anything Less than Success. Every Weight Watcher suffers setbacks, but the trick is to acknowledge that there’s no such thing as failure, only feedback. How can we reframe setbacks and challenges as opportunities to learn?

Have a GREAT holiday weekend, everyone! I’ll see you a week from Thursday!

Keep up the good work!

Cyndi

Success is neither magical nor mysterious. Success is the natural consequence of consistently applying the basic fundamentals.

Have TurnAround, Will Travel

Hello Weight Watchers! Have you noticed any difference in how you have been able to identify and handle your Cravings and Urges this week? Remember that cravings and urges are normal, but they can be powerful and challenge even the most determined member. Because they can hit suddenly and unexpectedly, willpower may not always be enough.

It’s essential to plan for success. Use the strategies we discussed at last week’s meeting and commit to VICTORY over cravings and urges!

Memorial Day is the traditional start of summer and it’s time to think about our summer Weight Watchers goals. In this week’s meeting, we’ll be discussing our summer goals, in addition to special summer opportunities and challenges. I’ll see you Wednesday for Have TurnAround, Will Travel!

You've got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It’s called perseverance.
