Have TurnAround, Will Travel

Hello Weight Watchers! Have you noticed any difference in how you have been able to identify and handle your Cravings and Urges this week? Remember that cravings and urges are normal, but they can be powerful and challenge even the most determined member. Because they can hit suddenly and unexpectedly, willpower may not always be enough.

It’s essential to plan for success. Use the strategies we discussed at last week’s meeting and commit to VICTORY over cravings and urges!

Memorial Day is the traditional start of summer and it’s time to think about our summer Weight Watchers goals. In this week’s meeting, we’ll be discussing our summer goals, in addition to special summer opportunities and challenges. I’ll see you Wednesday for Have TurnAround, Will Travel!
