MONTHLY PASS QUARTERLY DRAWING
Attention Monthly Pass holders! When a Monthly Pass Member attends a meeting a BRAVO sticker will be placed on their Monthly Pass. Once Members have four BRAVOS and the monthly pass has expired, it goes into a drawing for one of three prizes offered each quarter within our territory:
- $50 Gas Card
- $50 in Weight Watchers product (members' choice)
- $25 in Weight Watchers product (members' choice)
Entry deadlines will be: Mar 31, Jun 30, Sept 30 and Dec 30. The three winners will be drawn 2 weeks after the deadline.
JULY FRUITS AND VEGGIES CHALLENGE
This week: Get your five servings of fruits and/or veggies each day! One serving equals one-half cup of anything except leafy veggies, which are one cup.
Bring your completed F/V Challenge form to your meeting the week of August 2 to be entered in a drawing for a goodie bag!

This is the final week of the current series and your Open House meeting. Anyone interested in Weight Watchers should plan to attend. There is no obligation to join, but all membership fees ($155.35, payable by cash, check, credit card, or Weight Watchers prepay coupons) will be collected this week for the next series. Spinach-Feta Scramble
Makes 1 serving
POINTS® value per serving: 5
◊1 large egg
◊3 large egg whites
◊1 cup lightly packed baby spinach
2 Tbsp crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp canola or olive oil
1. Beat the egg and the egg whites in a medium bowl until frothy. Stir in the spinach, feta, and pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring, until the eggs are set and the cheese is slightly melted, about 3 minutes.
