Star-Spangled Steak Fries

Serves 6
Weight Watchers Magazine, July/August 2008

Preheat the grill to low or prepare a low fire. Cut 2 (1/2 lb) scrubbed sweet potatoes and 1 (1/2 lb) scrubbed baking potato lengthwise into eight wedges apiece. Transfer to a large bowl or freezer bag. Add 1 T olive oil and 1/4 t each salt and black pepper; toss to coat. Place the potatoes on a grill rack and grill, covered, turning occasionally until fork-tender (20-22 min).
