COOKING UP SUCCESS
This holiday season, WW is cooking up success for are members! We know that it's challenging to Eat Smarter (one part of the Four-Way Approach!) during this season. We also know that Attending Weekly Meetings (yet another part!) is essential to member success.
Each week Nov 30-Jan 3, members will receive an exclusive holiday recipe in their meeting. In addition, each member will have three chances to enter a drawing for a gift basket filled with Land's End WW logo apron, Measurite set, selection of WW Sides, POINTS food scale, and WW cookbook, worth $100 total! Members receive a ticket to enter in the drawing when you: stay for a meeting, bring a friend who joins, purchase $20 in meeting room products. Plus, receive a BONUS ticket if you attend at least five meetings during the promotion period.
This time, the promotion is for At-Work members, in addition to traditional/traveler meetings - yay! I will also be holding a drawing in each meeting to ensure that each meeting has a big winner - prizes TBA!

My regular meeting is closed for the holidays!
Attending your weekly meeting is vital to holiday success (Meetings members lose three times as much weight as those who go it alone!), so use the flexibility of your WW membership to your advantage over the holiday season. All traditional meetings are closed after 1:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, and all day Christmas and New Year's Day. At-Work meeting schedules are at the company's discretion - please check with your Client Contact for holiday schedule changes.
Traditional meetings members who use prepaid coupons or pay weekly will not be charged for a missed week if your regular meeting is closed and you cannot attend another, but are encouraged to attend another meeting of their choice to receive the valuable tips and support that will help keep their Momentum throughout the holiday season. At-Work members may attend any traditional meeting at any time during the series by showing their membership book or pocket guide as proof of payment. The easiest way to find meeting times and locations is to go to www.weightwatchers.com and enter the ZIP code or city and state where you're looking for a meeting.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Danville members - please note that our meeting will be held on 12/23 and 12/30, both Tuesdays at 4:30 instead of our usual Wednesday meeting. The meeting will move back to Wednesdays at 4:30 on 1/7.

Pumpkin Pie with Graham Cracker Crust
Makes 8 servings
POINTS® value: 3
3 oz reduced-fat cinnamon graham crackers, about 5 1/2 sheets
1 tbsp packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
◊2 large egg whites
◊1 large egg
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp table salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, or less to taste
◊1 cup canned pumpkin
◊1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk
4 tbsp lite whipped topping
1. Position rack in middle of oven. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Place graham crackers and light brown sugar in a food processor and process into crumbs (or smash into crumbs in a sealed plastic food bag with a rolling pin). Spoon crumbs into a small bowl; add melted butter and combine with fingers into a coarse meal. Distribute crumbs evenly on bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Chill for 30 minutes before baking. Bake until crust starts to turn golden, about 8 to 10 minutes; remove from oven and let cool.
3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, using an electric mixer, whip egg whites until frothy; fold in egg, dark brown sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice and evaporated milk. Beat pumpkin custard until smooth and pour into pie shell. Bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 to 55 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces, top each piece with 1/2 tablespoon of whipped topping and serve warm or at room temperature.
