DID YOU KNOW?
- Lifetime members of Weight Watchers can attend unlimited meetings for free, provided that they are no more than two pounds over their goal and weigh in at the first meeting they attend of each calendar month. Lifetime membership lasts for life, and includes benefits for the member returning to goal.
- Weight Watchers At Work members may attend any Traditional meeting at no additional charge by showing the sticker with their paid dates in their Pocket Guide.
- Members who attend weekly meetings lose three times as much weight as those who go it alone.
- We are celebrating at 5% now, in addition to the 10%, 5#, Goal, Stay and Succeed, and Lifetime milestones.
Attention Monthly Pass holders! When a Monthly Pass Member attends a meeting a BRAVO sticker will be placed on their Monthly Pass. Once Members have four BRAVOS and the monthly pass has expired, it goes into a drawing for one of three prizes offered each quarter within our territory:
- $50 Gas Card
- $50 in Weight Watchers product (members choice)
- $25 in Weight Watchers product (members choice)
Entry deadlines will be: Mar 31, Jun 30, Sep 30 and Dec 30. The three winners will be drawn 2 weeks after the deadline.

Cream of Broccoli Soup
Makes 4 servings
POINTS value per serving: 2
◊2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
◊2 (12-ounce) bags fresh broccoli florets
◊1 (5-ounce) container refrigerated chopped onions
◊1 celery stalk, chopped
1 cup fat-free half-and-half
1/8 tsp teaspoon ground nutmeg
1. Combine the broth, broccoli, onions, and celery in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook, covered, until the vegetables are tender, 13–15 minutes. Let the broccoli mixture cool about 5 minutes.
2. Pour the mixture into a blender in batches and puree. Return the mixture to the pan and stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat just until heated through, about 1 minute longer.
