Hello, Weight Watchers! Did last week's meeting give you any good tips on self-monitoring? It's a great way to keep on track with the program and sometimes a tip from another member is just what we need to make it through the week!

Members who join in Weeks One or two get 19 weeks of free eTools and have the option to split the series fee into three checks for $62. After that, series fees will be prorated according to the number of weeks remaining in the series.
COVANCE - WE CAN DO IT!
Covance member - I received nine payments at our Open House meeting last week. We only need six more people to drop off their payment with Maxene Grounds by Thursday to start the new series on Friday! (Please contact me if you have not paid yet and want to use a credit card.) We WILL get there!
ARTICLES OF NOTE
Much is misunderstood about carbohydrates. We sometimes think bread and pasta, instead of including fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, when thinking about carbohydrates. Since many of our "red light" foods seem to be highly processes carbohydrates, introducing whole grains and Filling Foods has the potential to help us maintain control and stay satisfied longer.
Have a great week! I'll see you at your meeting!
