Chunky Guacamole (Works with the Simply Filling Technique)
Makes 6 servings (2 tablespoons)
POINTS® value per serving: 1

◊2 Hass avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
◊1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce

1. Coarsely mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

2. Serve at once or press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent the guacamole from browning. Refrigerate up to 3 hours.
