LOSE FOR GOOD
Are you saving up your nonperishable food goods to donate? In the first three weeks of the promotion, members from my meetings have lost 207 pounds, which translates to $52 to feed needy families!

ARTICLES OF NOTE
Fifty-seven percent of women with 11+ pounds to lose report overeating during emotional situations. I'm honestly surprised the number isn't much, much higher. Emotional eating can start a vicious cycle of overeating, feeling bad about ourselves, and eating more to soothe ourselves. In this week's meeting, we will learn to distinguish physical from emotional hunger and manage our emotions without using food. I am stronger than the urge to eat!

Have a great week, everyone! I'll see you at your meeting!
