Hello, Weight Watchers! Did last week's discussion help you set a focus on reaching your nest goal? By breaking goals up into small, manageable pieces, we can conquer them one step at a time!

I'm going to do a very short post this week - I've just moved into a house and have no Internet access at home yet.

Keep an eye out for our newest products - the Best Eats cookbook, Fruity Nutty Madness Just 2 POINTS snack bar, and Vanilla Chai smoothie.

Traditional members, the Summer Stay and Succeed contest is still in full swing! There are three ways to enter each week - staying for the meeting, bringing a friend who joins, and purchasing $20 or more in products. The Grand Prize drawing will be held Sept 6!
