Lose for Good

Hello, Weight Watchers! Are you in "the weight-loss Zone"? Would you like to be? I would really encourage you to tie the last few week's topics together - success at small goals will help motivate you to be in "the Zone" and reach your ultimate goals!

STAY AND SUCCEED
Traditional members, this is the last week of our Summer Stay and Succeed contest! You can earn up to three entries this week - stay for the meeting, bring a friend who joins, and purchase $20 or more in product. The grand prize is a Land's End Weight Watchers cooler or tote stuffed with $100 of our meeting room products. Good luck!

IT'S MADNESS...MADNESS, I TELL YOU!

At-Work members, your Fruity Nutty Madness Just 2 POINTS bar samples are in my hot little hands and itching to be in yours! A great mix of sweet and salty flavors, this new bar has nuts and dried fruit - a chewy, filling snack. Weigh in this week to have one of your very own!

ARTICLES OF NOTE
Weight Watchers is proud to announce the Lose for Good initiative! For every pound lost between 9/7 - 10/18, the equivalent of a pound of food, up to one million dollars, will be donated to Action Against Hunger or Share Our Strength. Come to your meeting this week to pick up your Lose for Good information packet and experience yet another benefit of weight loss!

In addition, members are encouraged to make donations to local charities of their choice. I will be donating eighty-five pounds of food to represent my weight loss. This is absolutely voluntary on your part, but is a great way to share the benefits of your weight loss with others! I will be collecting and taking pictures of our "food monuments" at each meeting the week of October 12.

I need your help! If any of you know of a charity, church, or food pantry close to your meeting that needs help, please let me know ASAP. It would be absolutely ideal if a representative of the organization would be willing/able to attend our meeting the week of October 12 to accept our donations. This is a great way to give back to the local community!

Have a great week, everyone!

Cyndi

I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought, and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.
