If a Food has a POINTS value of Zero, Can I eat All I Want?

Hello, Weight Watchers! Did last week's meeting help you to see the benefits of your weight loss, both to yourself and others? So many people depends on you, and you want to be around for them as long as possible!

LOSE FOR GOOD
I had my dates wrong when I explained the program to some of you last week - I'm sorry! This week's weigh-in is the first one to count towards your Lose for Good donation. This is also a great time to start thinking about a personal donation goal, if you would like to participate.

Danville members - we will be making donations to Sheltering Wings, a domestic violence shelter in Danville. Their website contains a donation Wish List that they update monthly. A representative from Sheltering Wings will be attending our Oct 15 meeting to collect our donations - let's give her a great welcome!

ARTICLES OF NOTE
This week, we'll be discussing the role of zero POINTS value foods in our eating plan. No matter what the POINTS value of the food, portion control is an important part of the Monitor Yourself helpful habit. Have your portion sizes crept up? How can we manage them? Come this week to find out!

Have a great week, everyone!
